Overview

TaskFlow is a Kanban project manager where teams plan sprints, move cards, and collaborate live. Built to feel as fast and tactile as a native app.

What I built

Drag-and-drop boards with optimistic updates and conflict-free reordering.
Real-time multiplayer: cursors, card moves, and comments sync instantly across teammates.
Sprint analytics with burndown charts and velocity tracking derived from board history.
Granular permissions per workspace, board, and list.

Tech decisions

TypeScript + React on the front with Express serving a Redis pub/sub backbone for presence and live sync. Framer Motion powers board and card transitions.
