Overview

AutoInvoice takes the pain out of freelance billing. Generate, send, and track polished, tax-ready invoices in minutes.

What I built

Templated PDF export with pixel-perfect, brandable layouts.
Client + line-item management with reusable item catalogs and tax presets.
Payment tracking with status workflows (drafted → sent → paid → overdue).
Tax-ready summaries exportable by period for accounting.

Tech decisions

A Python + Django backend with PostgreSQL for relational client/invoice data, and Django REST Framework for a clean API surface.
